To implement the extended producer responsibility system, battery manufacturers, waste lead battery recycling enterprises, recycling enterprises, industrial associations and scientific research institutions should strengthen self-discipline and implement their respective work. At the same time, we will promote the implementation of relevant policies and standards as soon as possible, and actively build the Internet of things platform for the full life cycle of batteries and the green battery recycling industrial chain.
With the deepening of battery recovery system construction, cooperation between battery production and recycling lead enterprises has been strengthened. Lead-battery enterprises should give full play to their channel advantages, and recycled lead enterprises should make good use of their own technology, management, experience and expertise, both sides jointly create a battery "production-recycling-recycling" green recycling industrial chain, constantly standardize and improve the whole battery production, recycling and recycling market, in order to improve the level of environmental protection.
At present, due to the difficulty of examination and approval, the small number of formal recycling enterprises is still the key to restrict the recycling of waste lead batteries. While strengthening the management of waste lead battery recycling, the government should simplify the examination and approval procedures of formal enterprises, give more third-party enterprises recycling qualifications, improve the monitoring mechanism and platform, and conduct all-round monitoring on the production, use, collection, storage, recycling and recycling of lead batteries.
