Capacity classification data and steps of 18650 polymer battery

1. Fully charge the battery to 4.2V or 3.6V (iron lithium)



Use standard charging current 0.5C (approximate battery capacity × 0.5 = standard charging current); charging time (approximate battery capacity &pide; charging current = charging time), the upper limit voltage is set to 4.2±0.05V or 3.6±0.05V( Lithium iron). The cut-off charging current is set to 30mah to stop charging.



2. shelving



Set the equipment to standstill for a few minutes (3 minutes or 5 minutes) before proceeding to the next step.



3. Discharge the battery to 2.75V or 2.5V (iron lithium)



Use standard discharge current 0.5C (approximate battery capacity & times; 0.5 = standard discharge current); discharge time (approximate battery capacity & pide; discharge current = discharge time), the lower limit voltage is set to 2.75V or 2.2V (iron lithium).



4. Set aside



Set the device to stop for a few minutes (3 minutes or 5 minutes) before proceeding to the next step.



5. Charge the battery to the voltage you want (3.8V or 3.9V)



Use standard charging current 0.5C (approximate battery capacity × 0.5 = standard charging current); charging time (approximate battery capacity &pide; charging current = charging time), set the upper limit voltage to your desired voltage 3.8V or 3.9V, cut off The charging current is set to 30mah to stop charging.



6. Stop



Each indicator light of the equipment that stops and finishes all running steps will be lit at the same time.



All the operation steps have been completed above, and then check the discharge capacity, then what is the actual capacity of the lithium-ion battery. If it is a large device with 512 dotted batteries, first return to the main page, and then enter the capacity page, enter the capacity section, and send the lithium-ion battery indicator to confirm the input capacity section. If it is a sub-capacity device with 8 dots of batteries, you can directly open the data on the computer to view the discharge capacity.
